Strawberry Iceberg Salad in Balsamic Maple Dressing
INGREDIENTS 1 iceberg lettuce (teared) 450-500g strawberries (hulled and halved) 2 tbs balsamic vinegar 3 tbs olive oil 3 tbs maple syrup black peppercorns METHOD Combine lettuce with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and maple syrup and mix well.
