Strawberry Iceberg Salad in Balsamic Maple Dressing


1 iceberg lettuce (teared)
450-500g strawberries (hulled and halved)
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
3 tbs olive oil
3 tbs maple syrup
black peppercorns


Combine lettuce with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and maple syrup and mix well.
Share to the plates, top with strawberries, season with freshly ground pepper.

Serve 4 people.

  2. Maple syrup!?! I have that! The salad sounds delicious… I love pepper with strawberries… Can’t get the iceberg, though. Lots of other kinds, but not that one.
