[inspired by Tesco Foodie Magazine] INGREDIENTS 4 ripe pears (sliced) 8 tsp clear honey 250g mild blue cheese, brie or even better blue brie (I used Cambozola blue brie) 24 crackers or some crusty bread METHOD Share pears, cheese and crackers to the plates, pour over honey, serve and enjoy! Serve 4 people.
