- 4 ripe pears (sliced)
- 8 tsp clear honey
- 250g mild blue cheese, brie or even better blue brie (I used Cambozola blue brie)
- 24 crackers or some crusty bread
Share pears, cheese and crackers to the plates, pour over honey, serve and enjoy!
Serve 4 people.
