Avocado & Yogurt


6 small ripe avocados (peeled and sliced)
garlic powder – optional
rainbow peppercorns
500g natural yogurt or cream cheese mixed with some milk

Peel and slice avocados.
Season yogurt with salt and garlic powder, pour over avocados.
Sprinkle with freshly ground peppercorns.


Serves 5-6 people as a side dish.

  • Taste good with fish.
