1kg baby potatoes (boiled, cooled and cut in halves)
5-7 spring onions (chopped finely)
300-350g smoked fish fillets (cod, salmon)
250g crème fraiche, natural yogurt or even fromage frais
1 tsp dried dill or 1 tbs fresh / frozen dill
6 tbs mayonnaise
rainbow peppercorns freshly ground
Cook, cool down and cut in halves potatoes, chop spring onions.
In meantime bake or steam fish fillets. Let it cool down and flake into large bowl. Add crème fraiche, mayonnaise, salt, dill, spring onions and potatoes. Stir, serve to the bowls, season with rainbow pepper.
Serves 3-4 people.
