Blue Cheese, Pears and Dark Chocolate

3-4 pears (sliced)
100g dark chocolate (chopped)
200g mild blue cheese – I used Gorgonzola Dolce (cubed)
8 crisp rye bread slices
METHOD
Share pears, cheese and chocolate to the plates.
Serve with crisp bread on the side.
Serve 4 people.

I love bleu cheese! Would have never thought of combining these ingredients together. Quite interesting! Oh, by the way, your pictures are gorgeous! I just found out that they enlarge when I click on them:) Why don’t you post them large? They are mouthwatering!
