Your thoughts…

  1. I have never tried mulled wine. The spices sound interesting.

  2. Hi Margot,

I love mulled wine. I’ve tried a German a few months back during our winter. But I think mulled wine suits a rainy summer weather too :-) I can just imagine the smell of the spices.

I am just looking through all your yummy Christmas recipes. Did you cook all that by yourself???

  3. ….I meant that I tried a German version….

  4. Before I used to buy ready mulling spices, but this time I tried myself and the wine was tasting much better… :)

I did most of the cooking myself, but Michael done all the physical work: helping me to chop the salad, creaming filling for pischinger desserts, rubbing butter into turkey… and then slicing it. We got our first kitchen processor just before Xmas so it was a big help too.
