Roasted Baby Potatoes with Cracked Pepper and Nutmeg



baby potatoes
Carotino oil
black peppercorns
ground nutmeg
sea salt


Make in each potato cuts ⅔ way every 2 mm. Place them on baking tray and brush with oil . Sprinkle with salt, freshly ground black pepper and nutmeg. Bake in the oven preheated to  180°C (356°F) until ready.

Serve 5-6 people.

    , many years ago my friend Jacek used to make garlic potatoes this way, and I just remembered about it now :)
