This great jerk barbecue sauce by Levi Roots is perfect to season chicken for grilling, roasting or simply as an addition to your sandwich. I like also cooked chicken with this sauce. Just place chicken pieces in a pot, add some oil, onion wedges and cook on the bottom of the pot stirring constantly.
