This is very simple yet very flavorsome snack: toasted bread, some salted butter, drizzle of runny honey and a special ingredient – toasted pumpkin seeds.
Pumpkin seeds can be toasted in advance, I usually toast on frying pan the whole bag of seeds until they start to pop, then cool them down and store in airtight container to use during the week with my cereal, yogurts, salads or simply on a toast with honey… my favourite midnight snack (!)
