Cucumber & Apple Salad

INGREDIENTS

7 medium apples
7 cucumbers in brine / fermented cucumbers
white sugar – optional

METHOD

Grate cucumbers, then apples and stir everything together.
Add sugar if needed.

Serves 5-6 people as a side dish.
