Baked Salmon in Dill & Butter

INGREDIENTS

1kg fresh salmon (6 pieces)
6 pinches of Vegeta (vegetable seasoning)
dried or fresh chopped dill
6 tsp unsalted butter

EQUIPMENT

6 pieces of aluminium foil

METHOD

Place each piece of salmon on aluminium foil, put 1 tsp of butter on each piece, sprinkle with 1 pinch of Vegeta, dill and put aluminium foil edges together so salmon is closed inside.
Place them on baking tray and bake in 180°C (356°F) for about 40 minutes.

Serve in foil with slice of lime or “Garlic Potato Sauce”, pasta and some veggies.

Serves 6 people.
