375g ready to roll puff pastry
½ cup leftover cranberry sauce (I used 10 Minute Cranberry & Orange Sauce)
¾ cup grated mozzarella or other cheese
1 large baking tray lined with Teflon sheet or baking paper
Spread cranberry sauce on the top of the pastry, top with grated mozzarella and roll it back. Slice with sharp knife into about 1½ cm slices. Bake in the oven preheated to 200°C (392°F) for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy while still warm or cooled down.
Makes 12 small pastries and serve 4-6 people
