Yellow String Beans

They are very similar to green beans, but more mild in taste and softer. Taste good even without anything. Just cook them in salted and sugared a little bit water, or steam them.

Taste good sprinkled with melted butter and breadcrumbs.

  1. I love these… I planted them last summer along with the green.
    In the U.S. they are called ‘wax beans’ – I have no idea why!
