Cranberry, Banana and Vanilla Shake

INGREDIENTS

4 ripe bananas
1½ cup fresh / frozen cranberries
1 cup milk (chilled)
1 cup natural yogurt (chilled)
1 tbs vanilla sugar
fine white sugar (to taste) – optional

METHOD

Blend all ingredients together.

Serve immediately.

Make 3-4 shakes.

  1. This sounds a wonderful shake and so packed full of goodness!! I really like the idea of bananas & cranberries together too. Doesn’t it make a lovely pinky colour – this would be perfect for Valentines Day breakie :D

  3. With a 4 1/2 year old in the house milk shakes are a constant. Almost anything that we can blend up is game. Her favorite is a banana blended with frozen strawberry yogurt. The Horizon Foods organic yogurt tubes freeze up nicely and the tube makes it easy to get out.
