Chicken in Herbal Pepper and Yogurt Sauce

INGREDIENTS

chicken pieces for four people
2 tbs grape seed oil
2 medium onions (cut into wedges)
5 garlic cloves (crushed with side of the knife and then peeled) or some garlic paste
1 tbs herbal pepper mix
3½ cups of water
3 small (4g each) vegetable Maggi cubes
1 cup natural yogurt
pasta for four people
sea salt
few fresh rosemary sprigs – optional
2-3 small tomatoes (cut into wedges)

METHOD

Place chicken, oil, onion and garlic in the pot and fry till onions start turning golden.
If you are using rosemary, add it to the pot and cook for few seconds more.
Add water, if used garlic paste, Maggi cubes and cook covered till chicken is soft. Add herbal pepper and cook some more.
Remove from fire, let it cool down a little bit and stir in yogurt.
In meantime cook pasta is slightly salted water and drain.
Serve chicken over pasta, garnish with tomato wedges.

Serve 4 people.
