- wholemeal bread sandwich with chicken ham and cheese
- Gala apple cut into wedges

- 400ml of fruit tea (Fruits of The Forest flavour)
- mini pack of raisins
- pack of sesame slims
- small fromage frais (Raspberry flavour)
- napkin and spoon
