Curry Chicken & Rice

INGREDIENTS

10-12 chicken drumsticks (frozen)
8-10 cups of water
2 chicken cubes (10g each)
2 vegetable cubes (10g each)
6 tbs chopped fresh or frozen parsley
4 tbs mild curry powder
1 kg frozen mix vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, peas, broccoli) or fresh (chopped)
2½ cups easy cook rice
5-6 tbs soured cream
1 tsp turmeric

METHOD

Place chicken, cubes and some water in large pot and cook covered till defrosted and starts getting soft, add vegetables, rice, curry powder, turmeric and parsley. Cook covered all the time adding remaining water gradually.
When chicken and rice are ready and all water gone serve to the plates.
Top with tbs of soured cream on each plate.

Serves 5-6 people.
