Butter & Egg Rice


2 cups easy cook rice
4 cups water
1 tbs Vegeta (vegetable seasoning)
1 tsp garlic powder
25g unsalted butter
2-3 eggs or 4-6 yolks (if you have them left from making cake)


Cook rice with water, garlic powder and Vegeta in covered pot.
When is ready stir in butter, when butter melts completely add eggs, cook stirring for couple of minutes more.

Serve 3-4 people as a side dish.
