12 frozen chicken thighs (about 1½ kg)
1 chicken cube
1 tbs minced ginger in oil
½ lime juice
whole garlic (peeled and crushed)
1 tbs garlic powder
4 cups of water
handful of fresh sliced ginger root
Place all ingredients in large pot, except fresh ginger.
Cook covered till chicken almost ready. Add fresh ginger, slow down fire and cook for 15 minutes longer.
Serve with brown rice and some veggies.
Serves 5-6 people.
