6 whole chicken legs, breasts or 12 wings
2 tbs of marjoram or thyme
1 tbs garlic granules
2 tbs olive oil
3 tbs unsalted butter
3 medium onions (cut into wedges)
few drops of food browning
1 chicken or vegetable cube (10g), 2 small (4g each) vegetable Maggi cubes or 1 tbs of Adobo seasoning
2 cups of water
Place all ingredients in the pot except the water and browning.
Fry chicken for a longer while stirring constantly. Reduce fire, add water and browning, cook covered until chicken is soft.
Serve with “Mashed Potatoes”, pasta, rice or couscous.
