Baked Smoked Paprika Potato Wedges

INGREDIENTS

young potatoes (cut into wedges)
olive oil
sea salt
smoked paprika powder

METHOD

Season potatoes with oil, salt and paprika, mix well.
Place on non stick baking tray or lined with non stick Teflon sheet and bake in n 180°C (356°F) till brown and crunchy from outside.
