4 pieces of salmon fillets (about 600g)
2 tbs tomato and garlic puree
2 tbs Carotino oil
100g feta or salad cheese (finely sliced)
non-stick (Teflon) baking sheet
Place salmon on baking tray lined with non-stick baking sheet. In a little container combine Carotino oil with tomato and garlic puree and spread over the fish using the brush. Top with sliced feta and bake in oven preheated to 180°C (356°F) until salmon is ready and feta slightly brown.
Serve 4 people.
