INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1 tsp unsalted butter
1 pinch of salt – optional
dash of milk
METHOD
Place all ingredients in microwavable container, I used small plastic jug.
Stir with a fork and microwave for about 1 minute. Take it out, stir again, put to microwave for another minute, serve.
* When I only came to London I worked in Italian restaurant for a while and that is how they were preparing eggs.
