Avocado & Crème Fraîche Dip

INGREDIENTS

4 medium very ripe avocados (peeled and deseeded)
150-200g crème fraîche or soured cream
1 tsp garlic granules
½ tsp salt
½ lime juice

METHOD

Mix all ingredients together.
Serve cold with baked or fried fish and “Coconut Rice”.

Serves 4 people.
