Baked Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

2 kg potatoes (cut in halves)
100g unsalted butter
1 tsp vegetable stock powder

METHOD

Bake potatoes in 180°C (356°F) till golden and soft inside.
Melt butter, add seasoning and pour over baked potatoes.

Taste good with “Chicken with Apples & Prunes”.

Serve 5-6 people as a side dish.
