Baked Salmon with Seaweed Salt, Dill and Capers

INGREDIENTS

4 salmon fillets (about 600g)
2 tbs olive oil
4 tbs chopped fresh or frozen dill
seaweed salt
rainbow or black peppercorns
capers to serve

EQUIPMENT

non stick baking dish or Teflon sheet

METHOD

Sprinkle salmon with olive oil, dill, seaweed salt, freshly ground pepper and mix well.
Place in baking dish.

Bake in 180°C (356°F) for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with capers.

Make 4 servings.

  • Taste good with baked potato slices or wedges and some salad on a side.
