Caramelised Broad Beans

INGREDIENTS

1 kg frozen baby broad beans
1½ tbs vegetable stock granules
oil
1 cup of water
2-3 onions (chopped)

METHOD

Put all ingredients except water in large frying pan.
Fry till all water from frozen beans is gone and they start turning golden brown.
Add water, fry more till there is not more water and beans are soft.

Serves 5-6 people as a side dish.
