Barbeque Wings with Pimento and Smoked Paprika

INGREDIENTS

800g chicken wings (divided into 3 pieces)
1 tbs ground pimento / allspice
2 tbs smoked paprika
½ tbs garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp West Indian hot sauce
2 tbs corn oil
3 tbs tomato sauce / ketchup

METHOD

Combine all seasonings with oil and tomato sauce in a containter, mix with wings and leave in air tight containter for couple of hours in the fridge.
Then place on the baking tray lined with non-stick Teflon sheet and bake in the oven with both grill and oven on in  170°C  (338°F) until soft inside and crunchy on outside.

Serve 4-6 people.
