Celeriac Apple Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 large celeriac – 600g (peeled and grated)
6 small apples (grated)
6 tbs mayonnaise
salt

METHOD

Mix all ingredients together.
Serve cold.

Serves 5-6 people.
