Courgettes Sauted in Balsamic Vinegar

INGREDIENTS

courgettes / zucchinis (sliced)
Maggi liquid seasoning (original flavour) or salt
balsamic vinegar
olive oil

METHOD

Sauté courgettes on olive oil for a while.
Season with balsamic vinegar and Maggi seasoning or optionally salt and sauté some more.

Serve as a side dish.
