Honey Mustard Chicken in Sesame

INGREDIENTS

600g chicken breast (cut in small pieces)
2 tbs dark soy sauce
1 tbs grated ginger root (fresh or ready in sunflower oil) alternatively 2 tsp ginger powder
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 ½ cups of water
2 tsp hot sauce
4 tbs honey
4 tbs mustard
1 cup potato flour
5 tbs sesame seeds
6 tbs oil
salt

METHOD

Place chopped chicken in a bowl, add soy sauce, ginger, vinegar, hot sauce and water.
Marinade for 1 hour.
Drain chicken but leave the marinade.
Prepare honey and mustard mixture in small bowl, and potato flour in another bowl.
Warm up oil on large frying pan, add sesame seeds and fry till they start turning golden.
Deep chicken in mustard mixture, then in potato flour and place on frying pan.
Fry for couple of minutes, then add left marinade. Cook some more till chicken is ready.
Season with salt if needed.

Serves 4 people.
