Rucola, Feta and Avocado Salad

INGREDIENTS

4 ripe avocados (medium size)
270-300g feta or salad cheese
200g small cherry tomatoes
70g rucola / rocket / arugula leaves
rainbow peppercorns

METHOD

Arrange rucola on the plates, share also peeled avocados, tomatoes and feta. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and serve immediatelly.

Taste good with some BBQ chicken and fesh baguette.

Serve 4-5 people.
