Rosemary Pasta

INGREDIENTS

cooked and drained wholemeal pasta
some olive oil
sea salt
fresh rosemary leaves

METHOD

To drained pasta add a little bit of olive oil, salt and rosemary and toss for a while over low fire.

Serve as a side dish.

    Question – did you really only use olive oil? I’m looking at the picture and the “sauce” looks white? How can that be only olive oil?

    Norman – Yes, I did really use olive oil… I think that is lighting and also that the pasta waited for us to finish dinner, before I took the picture… Talking about Thickbox, my better half is computer tech not me… and he says that Thickbox use java, and some people have it disabled… But thank you for your suggestion, I may think of something to make it easier for readers.
